The Singapore Embassy in Seoul is inviting quotations for the Provision of Office Cleaning and Tea Attendant Service at the Embassy of Singapore for a period of one year, from 8 April 2026 to 7 April 2027, with an option to extend an additional year from 8 April 2027 to 7 April 2028. Interested parties may request for a set of documents related to this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) via email from Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg. The set of documents include the details outlining the scope of work for the contract and the instructions on the quotation process. Any enquiries may also be made to Mr Yoo Ho Kyung (Tel: 02-774-2464~7 ext 26#).
The closing date for this ITQ is 1500 hrs Seoul Time on Monday, 9 March 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Your proposal should be submitted to the Embassy only via email at Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg.
The awarded supplier will be notified by email and the award notice will also be displayed at the Embassy’s notice board at the public counter.
