[CLOSED] Invitation to Quote – Provision and Delivery of Nine (9) Mattresses

Quotation Reference No.: ITQ 01/2025


The Singapore Embassy in Seoul is inviting quotations for the provision and delivery of nine (9) mattresses. Interested parties may request for a set of documents, related to this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) via email from Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg. The set of documents include the details outlining the scope of work for the contract and the instructions on the quotation process. Any enquiries may also be made to Mr Yoo Ho Kyung (Tel: 02-774-2464~7 ext 26#)


2          The closing date for this ITQ is 1200 hrs Seoul Time on Monday, 18 August 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.


3          Your proposal should be submitted to the Embassy only via email at Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg.


4          The awarded supplier will be notified by email and the award notice will also be displayed at the Embassy’s notice board at the public counter.
