  The Singapore Embassy in Seoul is inviting quotations for a two-year contract for Cleaner and Tea Attendant Service at the Embassy. The period of the contract will be from 8 April 2024 to 7 April 2026. Interested parties may request for a set of documents, related to this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) via email from Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg. The set of documents include the details outlining the scope of work for the contract and the instructions on the quotation process. Any enquiries may also be made to Mr Kim Hyung Joon at Tel: +82-(0)2-726-1426 (ext 260#) or 010 7347 6230.


2 The closing date for this ITQ is 1400 hrs Seoul Time on Wednesday, 31 January 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.


3 Your proposal should be submitted to the Embassy only via email at Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg.


4 The awarded supplier will be notified by email and the award notice will also be displayed at the Embassy’s notice board at the public counter.
