The Singapore Embassy in Seoul is inviting quotations for a two-year contract for office cleaning and tea attendant service at its Chancery. The period of the contract will be from 6 April 2022 to 5 April 2024. Interested parties may request for a set of documents, related to this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) via email from Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg. The set of documents include the details outlining the scope of work for the contract and the instructions on the quotation process. 2 The closing date for this ITQ is 1400 hrs Seoul Time on Thursday, 10 February 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3 Your proposal should be submitted to the Embassy only via email at Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg.
4 The awarded supplier will be notified by email and the award notice will also be displayed at the Embassy’s notice board at the public counter.
