The Singapore Embassy in Seoul is inviting quotations for a two-year contract for Gardening and Landscaping Service at the Official Residence from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2026 with an option to extend for a further period of one year from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Interested parties may request for a set of documents, related to this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) via email from Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg. The set of documents include the details outlining the scope of work for the contract and the instructions on the quotation process. 2 The closing date for this ITQ is 1400 hrs Seoul Time on Friday, 26 April 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3 Your proposal should be submitted to the Embassy only via email at Seoul_Procurement@mfa.sg.
4 The awarded supplier will be notified by email and the award notice will also be displayed at the Embassy’s notice board at the public counter.
