Loss of Singapore passport

What to do if you lose your Singapore Passport

Singapore Citizens who have lost their passports while travelling in the Republic of Korea should report the loss to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) in Singapore using SingPass at https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents/passport/loss and apply for a temporary travel document called a Document of Identity (DOI) online to facilitate their return to Singapore. When reporting the loss, please indicate that the country/place of loss as “Republic of Korea” (not Singapore) and proceed to apply for and make an online payment for the DOI.
