Applications for Singapore Citizenship have to be submitted online. To apply online, the Singapore Citizen parent is required to log in to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) e-service (https://www.ica.gov.sg/eservicesandforms (opens in new tab)) using his/her SingPass account.
